Merchant processors: you're already processing your clients' daily transactions. You see who qualifies for working capital before they apply. The T.A.G.
T.A.G. Partner Program
You're already seeing your clients' daily transaction volume. You know which merchants have strong, consistent revenue before they ever apply for capital. That intelligence is worth up to 2% per funded advance.
No other referral partner has the data advantage a merchant processor has. You're already processing what MCA underwriters want to see. Here's what you know that others don't:

As a Merchant Processor, you already see the signs. These are the most common triggers that tell you a referral conversation is appropriate.
A merchant processing $25,000+/month in card volume for 6+ months is a strong MCA candidate. The data you already have is the underwriter's primary input.
When a merchant asks about alternative lending, MCA is likely what they need. Your referral closes the loop.
New terminal installations for a second location are expansion signals. The merchant needs capital — and you're seeing it happen in real time.
A merchant with a temporary volume dip followed by recovery is an ideal MCA candidate — the dip shows flexibility, the recovery shows strength.
Any direct question about working capital or business funding is an active referral opportunity. You have the answer.
New POS systems, kitchen equipment, or tools are expensive. Merchants often need capital to upgrade the infrastructure that drives their card volume.
No. MCA is a capital product — it complements processing, not competes with it. In fact, a funded merchant is likely to increase their card volume, which benefits you directly. Some merchant processors negotiate a percentage of the merchant's processing volume as part of the MCA structure.
Yes — but they're not getting a referral from someone they trust. Your referral carries weight because you have an established relationship. If your merchant is going to explore MCA anyway, it's better they do it through a channel where you can ensure they're protected and you get compensated.
MCA repayment is structured as a percentage of daily card volume — so during slow periods, repayment automatically slows. It's not a fixed monthly payment. That said, only refer merchants with consistent, established processing history. T.A.G.'s underwriters evaluate repayability carefully and will decline merchants who aren't ready.
You should not share merchant data without consent. The standard referral process is to connect the merchant with T.A.G. directly — the merchant then provides their bank statements and processing statements as part of their own application. You do not need to share any data on the merchant's behalf.
Some funders offer ACH-split programs where repayment comes directly from daily card volume rather than bank deposits. T.A.G.'s network includes funders who offer this structure. If you have processing relationships with your merchants, this may be an option to discuss.
There's no cap. The more referrals you submit, the more you earn. T.A.G. can handle high referral volume and will process each application as a standalone deal. High-volume partners may be eligible for enhanced commission rates.
Your transaction data is the qualification signal. Start turning it into referral revenue.
