Trust & Accountability

Report an Issue

If something went wrong with your application, a quoted rate, or a funding partner, tell us directly. Here is exactly how that works.

Contact Carlos directly: not a ticket queue

T.A.G. is a small, founder-run ISO. Issues go directly to Carlos Torres, not to a rotating support team. Call or text with your business name and a short description of what happened:

How a reported issue gets resolved at T.A.G. Step 1: contact Carlos directly by phone, text, or email. Step 2: Carlos reviews the issue directly, without a support queue. Step 3: the issue is either resolved directly, or T.A.G. raises it with the funding partner on your behalf, or explains your outside options if it cannot be resolved directly. 1 Call, text, or email Carlos 2 Carlos reviews it directly, no queue 3 Resolved, or raised with the funder If T.A.G. can't resolve it directly, you're told exactly what your outside options are.
The three-step path from reporting an issue to resolution, or to a clear explanation of outside options if it can't be resolved directly.

What we can help resolve directly

What we're involved in even though we're not the funder

T.A.G. is an ISO broker: funding decisions and servicing after your advance is disbursed are handled by the funding partner, not T.A.G. directly. But we stay engaged after a deal closes. If you have a servicing dispute, a payment-processing issue, or a concern about how a funding partner is treating you, contact us. We will either help resolve it directly with the funder or explain clearly what your options are if we can't.

Outside options

If you believe you were treated unfairly or misled and prefer to escalate outside of T.A.G. directly, you can contact:

Three outside options for escalating a complaint beyond T.A.G. You can contact your state's Attorney General or Department of Financial Regulation, the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. Complaints & Resolution FAQ

How do I report a problem with my T.A.G. application?
Call or text 330-238-3003, or email ctorresusha@gmail.com, with your business name and a description of the issue. Carlos reviews issues directly rather than routing them through a support queue.
What if my complaint is actually about a funding partner, not T.A.G.?
T.A.G. is an ISO broker, not the funder: but tell us anyway. We stay in the deal after it funds and can raise a servicing or contract issue with the funding partner on your behalf, or explain your options if we can't resolve it directly.
Where can I file a complaint outside of T.A.G. directly?
You can file a complaint with your state's Attorney General or Department of Financial Regulation, or with the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, if you believe you were treated unfairly or misled.

Initial review uses a soft credit pull only. A hard credit pull typically occurs later, before final approval, and can affect your credit score by a few points.
